Hi, I could just be tired, but this has been happening more often lately. At first I thought maybe I was causing it to happen. So today I called my husband in to watch me from the side. I had laid my head on the couch and then I lifted it up (I was sitting) and tried to hold it steady. He said my head was moving back and forth.
My hands do it a little too sometimes, like my whole hand, not shaking like Parkinson's-like, but moving gently.
I forgot how to open the fridge door on Tuesday too.
I haven't slept as much this past week (most I slept was 9 hours one day), the least was 4 hours last Thursday night.
I planned to start Doxy again (stopped and got checked for heart stuff b/c I was getting a lot of palps when on it) on Wed, but the newspaper called to do my story and I didn't want to feel really bad or anything during the interview.
Could this just be fatigue and not a getting worse symptom?
I was so dizzy last night I closed my eyes when I was standing in the bathroom (I don't remember why I think hubby was teasing me about something and told me to close my eyes), and I literally started falling and hit the sink. I have been doing the fresh garlic and transdermal Oil of Oregano since Monday evening.
Only did the garlic yesterday as I didn't know if the dizziness was from OOO.
It's annoying and kinda scary.
Although come to think of it, my sore legs/feet usually start the last Thursday or Fri of the motnh, maybe it's related to the flare?

My head does that too with the beat of my heart. I feel my heart palpitate and my head move along with the throb in my head with every beat. It actually wobbles enough to mess up a CT scan if something isn't holding it in place. Mine seems to be caused by the swelling inside my head.

My whole body was wobbling first right to left, then front to back. Sometimes it is just my head moving I think. Usually my whole body.
At first I thought it was just a strange form of vertigo until I caught my reflection, and when I reached for something I saw my arm doing it. It seems to go with the beat of my heart also.
Your transdermal oregano makes me laugh. My husband and I went to church once STINKING of oregano oil. hehehe I don't remember why but there was a reason we didn't get a chance to wash it off. We got some funny looks, too.

I get the head bobs too and it isn't fun. I get it usually first thing in the morning exactly as you describe.
I take a klonopin and things calm down. I wake up out of my sleep with my head swimming. Can't explain it, but just a weird feeling in my head, I guess like I'm having a seizure, but I'm not.
Then the stiff neck comes on during the day, which I'm finding some releif with Camphor 4% topical cream.
I get tremors from my shoulders down like a 90 year old man. No one can see it unless I bring food to my mouth with a fork or I'm drinking from a cup, then they can see my hands shaking.
Weak legs come and go every day. One minute I feel weak and have trouble walking and then an hour later I'm out throwing around a football with my kid.
Doesn't make sense, but it always feels good to know your not alone.
