Has anyone here ever heard of N-Chlorotaurine aka NCT?

NCT is an OXIDANT produced by human neutrophils that has antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antimold properties. Reportedly NCT can kill virtually ALL pathogens.

NCT is being tested as a drug and it is produced by combining the amino acid Taurine with hydrochlorous acid.

NCT is considered to be very safe, non-allergenic and nearly non-toxic to humans but it is considered to be lethal to many species of bacteria, viruses, fungi and mold.

Mmmmmm. I wonder if there is a way to naturally raise the levels of NCT in the body?????????

Likely this will never make it to market via big pharma. It says it inexpensive and easy to manufacture...it will probably be outlawed as dangerous or something.

So...how do I get me some [confused]

Sometimes, they just make one shift and then they can market it.

Taurine, just by itself, is a wonderful amino acid. It is very calming to the neuro cells and the eyes.

I bought a taurine supplement for my son. It made him vomit. I often wonder why. I should take it... my eyes can use some calming.

Thanks, emla999/Lyme. I'm going to keep my eye on this.

Take it WITH food (dinner) and not too much. Read up on it, first so that you don't drive until you know how it works for you. Other than in a balance formula, if taken separately, it's best in the evening.

I take some Taurine almost everyday and it seems make me feel better.

And since our body makes small amounts of hydrochlorous acid I wonder if by taking Taurine we would increase the natural production of N-chlorotaurine in the body???

If so, then I also wonder how much Taurine we would have to take in order to accomplish this???

Boy, I wish that I was a scientist. I'd just make my own!!!!!!!!

Is N-Chlorotaurine aka NCT a cure for the common cold?

http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_hb5255/is_12/ai_n29446145/

It looks promising.

That article also said that the N-chlorotaurine compound "Aganocide" would destroy MRSA within 8 hours of application.
