So this is somewhat of a quick question.

When I am up and about for the day -- running errands from place to place, going here and there, being overly social, over stimulating, etc -- The next day I feel like someone knocked me on the head and I get flu-ish symptoms.

Yesterday I had a long long day, and now I could swear I have the flu, even though I probably don't. Headache, pain, etc.

I also had majorly vivid dreams last night.

I am almost 1 month into my recephin treatment -- how lnog does it usually take to herx on rocephin. Can you have a cough from a herx?

Does this happen to anyone else?

*sigh*

Yes. When you have a good day, you tend to do

Everything you haven't been able to.

Then you pay for it.

I learned the hard way how to pace myself so

That while I could do some more on a "good" day,

I still didn't over do it and wipe myself out for the next.

Hugs,

Geneal

Remember, it takes energy to heal. So, with that in mind, when you have a good day, be sure to take part of that good day to relax, lie around, get some rest, that way some of that energy is used for healing and you won't have the "energy hangover" the next day.

It's just crazy because I have a stomach ache, mild cough, phlegm, everything except a temperature.

I am nervous about the flu since I live in NY.

You could have a bug. I just got over a bad cold with all you're describing plus an off and on low grade fever (did get up to 101 one day).

Definitely know what you mean.

It's funny though because all I did yesterday was drive around to like 8 places with my mom.

She was kind of stressed, which made me stressed -- so maybe that contributed.

I really don't want the flu. I'm so scared.
