My son's LLMD prescribed VFend for yeast. He started taking VFend on Sunday. By Monday, the yeast in his mouth was worse. He feels about the same otherwise. Is this normal for yeast die-off? Will the oral yeast get worse before it gets better?

Good question , I'd like to read any comments
on this.
Are you sure it's not a placebo.
I read or rather saw a news cast that said lots of docs. give Placebos.
Just a thought.
I have been using Fluconazole, I chew half for the thrush. It takes 2 days to see the effects.

Placebo.. You've got to be kidding.

Pab... Let us know if tomorrow is better. I don't know the answer to your question....but would LIKE to know!

It causes flares in other ways, so why not that one!?
