My PM system is still not working. Is anyone else still having trouble with this?

I contacted Jenifer and never heard back. Then I contacted another address that someone else (who was having the same trouble) recommended, and a few days later got a note that this was being worked on. But this was a while ago -- and still, nothing.

UPDATE ... loub wrote me over weekend since another person i was corresponding with ALSO HAS THIS MAJOR PROBLEM.
lou sent the problem now to no. 1 man, BILL STOLOW, who founded lymenet board, for HIS actions.************************************************
they have NOT been able to find out what the problem is for this !! they have been trying, just no luck! ******************************************************
i'm sure they will post in COMPUTER forum on whatever decision is found or recommended.
lou's been contacted by many, but send him a short note and give him your NICKNAME HERE so it can be added to the list of those with problems!
