Since I was so thirsty, I was concerned because I have a lousy fastin blood sugar (101). I found a great book at the library "Blood Sugar 101." Come to find out, diabetes increased the same time plastics came out. Plastics leach bisphenols into the drink (water, etc.) and make people insulin resistant. So, I hope your water is not coming out of plastic.
