I can only take lowest dosea 25mg. Makes me loopy. I still haven't gotten used to it. For pain its okay but loopy even day later. I only take it at night.
I like neurotin better but have to see LLMD to get rx to get back on the neurotin.
Never got loopy even on vicoden. Ahhh, every one's different.

I take 50 mg before bed and it helps me sleep longer through the night (along with half an ambien).
I feel loopy the next evening, which doesn't make sense since it's half-life is 12 hours.

I liked it for the first few months I was on it. I started at 25 mg and it helped me sleep. It also helped a little with neuropathy. Never made my head foggy, which was nice.
After a while, I had to keep increasing the dose or it would stop working.
When I saw a Lyme-friendly doc, he asked me to stop it. Failed to mention that you need to taper off of it. I had severe withdrawal from it. So, just remember that if you start and then need to stop, taper down slowly.
