I get so tired of these weird chest symptoms.

Shortness of breath is almost constant, as is occasional chest pain--

LLMD thinks it may be babs, and we're waiting on the blood test results.

So today I'm having a weird sensation right in the middle of my chest, like around the breastbone.

It doesn't hurt, and I wouldn't even call it pressure.

It just feels like someone is inflating a balloon in my chest, and it feels funny when I breathe in.

I've been through the ER and the cardiologist, and nothing shows up.

Anyone else have this? What is it?

Last night was bad, and weird.

I was olay during the day, then close to bedtime I started getting the weird chest thing again, which went into shortness of breath.

By the time I laid down to sleep, I was really feeling bad, like I was having a heart attack.

I couldn't relax, and I felt a little shky.

I dozed off at some point only to be startled awake when my son came trotting in the room wanting mommy.

When I finally did get to sleep, I had a vivd nightmare, and then later in the night (probably towards 3am), I awoke feeling very hot and was sweating quite a bit

(not drenching sweat, but a lot for me; I'm usually cold and don't sweat).

Now today again I've been mostly fine.

Shortness of breath, nightmares, night sweats...sounds like babesia to me.

With these fairly classic babs symptoms, why is your LLMD waiting on test results?

Star, whenever I've had the heart stuff it tends to be worse when im trying to sleep...

All my heart tests have been normal as well...it could be babs flying under the radar but in my case I have a feeling its just a lyme thing...

Hang in there...

We had discussed starting babs treatment, but the meds he mentioned, I'm allergic to.

SO I guess that's why he's kind of waiting.

I see him again the beginning of June, so I'm going to report this fun stuff to him then.
