Not if that is their only symptom. Most of the U.S. population is deficit in Vitamin D.

It's only relatively recently, in the scheme of things, that mainstream doctors are starting to really understand the importance of vitamin D and are testing for it, as well as all the new research that has come out about it that is slowly getting to the general public.

I doubt you passed it a roomate or someone you just happen to live with!!!

I agree with abxnomore, most of the population is low in vitamin D and doesn't always mean Lyme.

Any sort of inflammation might affect Vit-D levels, as does not getting enough sun. My LLMD upon seeing my 25-hydroxyl levels said that I probably won't get sick this winter. [Smile] Got a mild 1-day bug but that's it, despite being married to a pharmacist who frequently brings home the latest bug going around.
