I've been giving this a lot of thought. I really think it's imperative to get some sort of blood smear done soon. I've never had one. My LLMD doesn't seem to believe in testing due to unreliability.
I've had co-infection panels strictly through LabCorp in the past (all negative). My ID doc NEVER tested for Babesia WA-1 strain even though I was out West many times??? Strange.
Anyone besides Fry doing these now? I recall Clongen gave them up. I'm tired of 'guessing' on these co-infections and REALLY want to know if BLO is an issue for me. I feel it's kind of stupid to never have looked. The problem is I don't have a local doc to endorse this test.
