have been taking this since started with LLMD last sept-ish.

he believes in this, and did notice when ran out and was off for few wks have more inflammation issues. (increase in joint pain, muscle pain/cramps, and headaches-eye pressure)

trying to see if cheaper herbal supp that decreases inflammation?? that is what the purpose of this one it.

found it interesting the ingredients are things like oil of oregeno, olive leaf exctract (i think, memory bad and dont have it in front of me) anyway, stuff that i have seen recommended on here for diff. things.

thanks for any help-- my knowledge of the supplement stuff is awful.
