My LLMD has been vague about this. If you have a symptom for a few hours do you mention it at you next appointment?
Fortunately I am having more symptom free days than not but I just don't know what "counts".
I have relapsed several times and am trying to cover all the bases, see this through as long as it takes.
In the past I have had burning sensations in my head that will last a few days. I havn't had this symptom for a while. Last night I had it on and off for about 3 hours along w/ muscle twitching in my cheek. Today I feel fine.
Maybe I am trying to rationalize that this can't STILL mean an active infection but who knows....

I wouldn't want to stop treating if I had that, even if it was just for a few hours.

If it's a symptom you've had before that has gone away for a period of time with treatment and then comes back, even intermittently, then I think it's worth a mention.
