Ezekial bread, sadly, has gluten from the barley malt in it.

Trader Joe's makes a brown rice bread that is very nice. they don't always have it on the shelves so if you find it, get a couple to freeze.
There are other gluten-free breads but many have pear juice in them and are too sweet.

I've just given it up totally other than for Trader Joe's brown rice bread - that is not sweet but still, you'd want it as a small part of a meal as since the rice is finely ground it is rather low on the glycemic index.
---
If you have a breadmaker, you can make your own bread. But, still, no matter how you make it there is that concern of it being high on the glycemic index.
The courser the bread, the lower on the glycemic index and the longer it will last in our bodies without crashing us to the floor or being a sugar feast for the yeasties.

Check out some very good gluten-free crackers. I put some of these in with lentil or bean soup at the last minute. It softens them but still a bit chewy and a substitute for bread.
If you can find falafel mix that is gluten-free, you can make a sort of bread from it and bake in the oven, rather than frying. One brand has wheat, though, another does not. Currently, I can't find the one that is gluten-free.

Ezekiel has wheat, barley, and spelt, so is not gluten-free. It's supposed to be easier to digest than regular bread for someone not sensitive to gluten.
It's better toasted than plain.

Keebler, I'm sorry if you answered before and I forgot, but are you a true Celiac (confirmed by biopsy/antibodies in blood)?
