Multi, Mag, Zinc, Potas, Spirulina, Omegas, Vit. E, Aspartme, Calcium...
Thats all at this moment...Yet every time I crash so hard about 15 minutes afterwards.

See the link between aspartamine and PKU.

Magnesium alone can cause this. It used to bother my wife. Once she used it for a longer period of time it was OK. I think it just ramped up her immune system, but I really do not know why.

Ramping up the immune system is my guess too.
My healthy daughter used to always get a cold everytime she would begin vitamins and she only used natural vitamins with no artificial additives. She finally figured her immune system was kicking butt and she stuck with the vitamins. Very soon, she was enjoying great energy and health.
She remains healthy to this day.

I get sick from Mg and zinc, but only the next day. Mg has the ability to bind a toxin to it and flush it.

There could be a lot of reasons.
One way to figure out if the problem is one of the vitamins; eliminate all but one of the vitamins for a few days. Then add the next vitamin for a few days etc. until you figure out which one seems to cause the problem.

good advice from all above.

You are taking them with a good amount of food, right? If not, that could be the answer right there. Vitamins on an empty stomach make me feel like I've been hit with the very worst flu.

Aspartame? Are you taking anything with Aspartame? That is to be avoided, totally.
Spirulina can also cause my stomach to be upset if taken alone.
