When I have a good day, and that is rarely, I really need to take advantage of it. But I can always count on having a real bad day the next day.

Yeah, that's me too.
I just know I'm going to end up paying for whatever I do, but I feel the need to do it anyway.

I usually try to do a lot on a good day and end up paying later as well.
Recently, had a good day and painted the bathroom. The minute I finished, I was totally exhausted and it lasted for days!

Take advantage! Obviously, I try not to go overboard but on those good days, but have fun. I Leave my apartment, or throw a small dinner party if its a good day but with some pain.
I do try to keep myself from too much physically demanding stuff.

Last week I went with a sis, a niece and 4 kids to
a amusement park. I walked it with them but did not
ride and did not take my medicine so I would not be
sick all day. I made it fine. Next day I said OH
GOD, What have I done. It felt like my knees were
going to explode and this is new for me. It took
2 days to get back where I was. I hate this disease.

I definitely take advantage of it. Sadly, I have so few opportunities, though.
My fatigue and exhaustion is overwhelming usually.

I take advantage. When that horrid fatigue hits it is so brutal. So I just go until I can't.
The thing is sometimes I can go for a few days and sometimes I do almost nothing and the fatigue is still just as severe.
Makes sense to just go until you are forced to stop.

Depends on where you're at in treatment.
If in the beginning (first year) don't overdo, like cutting grass, lots of heavy lifting, washing cars, etc.
Or if you're herxing pretty badly.
I would try to do laundry, cleaning, etc.
I did fine with those chores, even if I had down time afterwards, it didn't affect my recovery at all.

I tend to go until I can't. Then of course I suffer for the next few days.
Even though I know better, I can't help myself.

I too take full advantage of any day I can do something. There ain't many. Today was one of them. I came out of hell. I weedwhacked my lawn, went to the park with my daughter, and did some stuff outside in the garden. Don't worry - by Monday, I'll be writing about how horribly ill I am. lol.
