From what I read on line these seem like tests that adults would need. Not children. Why would a child need their cholestrol checked?
I could not get this part of the blood work done. It would save a lot of hassle and money. It is hard to get blood work on them anyways. They are very sensitive to pain and tend to pass out.
Any advice?? Thanks!!

Heck I would ask him what I can cut/get by with. I know they like to check liver/kidney/CBC/clotting factors.

Yeah they are getting CBC and Chem panel. Also thyroid, vitamin d and seretonin. Plus the above tests.
Last time we did all the co infections and viruses and several others. It was a horrible experience!!
Almost passing out, throwing up, crying. We were there for hours. The lady stuck my youngest so many times.
I will never put them through that again! I just knew the co infection testing was important. Now I just want basics.
Don't see how cholestrol is imporant for them at this point? Wondering what everyones opinion is?
Thanks!
