I'm not sure on bouncing but you can make a castor oil patch and use it, it's definitely helped mine out.

You can actually sit on the edge of a bed and bounce gently up and down -- I think 3 to 5 minutes is the ususal time. Of course a mini-trampoline is even a better option.
I also second the idea of a castor oil pack. Or depending on the location of the swollen lymph nodes a mustard poultice might also work. Just be sure not to burn your skin.
Hubby uses the red root tincture suggested by Buhner and it does seem to help with lymph drainage.
