Received this email today. I had forgotten all about going back and rewriting my story. Can't find it now due to my server not working correctly this am.

.....

Thank you so much for sharing your story about how the health care crisis is affecting you.

We've put your story up on our new health care site -- so take a moment to check it out and read other stories like yours:

http://stories.barackobama.com/healthcare

We've received an overwhelming response since our first call for health care stories.

Hundreds of thousands of people, from every corner of the country, have contributed their stories with the hope that sharing the human consequences of our broken system will help make health care reform a reality.

These stories show -- in a way that statistics simply cannot -- why fixing our broken health care system is a necessity that just can't wait.

Read and share health care stories from around the country

Read through some of the incredible stories people like you submitted -- and when you come across one that's particularly moving to you, make sure to "amplify" it to increase the chances that other folks will find it.

And if you haven't already, or if you had problems last week, take a moment to to add a picture to your story and make any other final edits.

Thank you again,

Natalie

I am participating in an Organizing For America healthcare event in my community , and I call the Whitehouse and my reps frequently .

My best friend has a heart defect and teeters close to death at times because she is uninsurable. This issue causes me GREAT anxiety as I am often without insurance.

I encourage those who are likeminded to speak out LOUD and FREQUENTLY the next few months .

I have written Sen Burr and Rep Hagen from NC, never even gotten a reply.

Local reps just send the usual blah blah blah, no commitment letters.

North Carolina is a non- listening State.Very frustrating, and shameful.

Good Job to those who wont give up!

For those interested : There may be a health care reform rally in your local area , and you can log on to barackobama.com or Organizing for America and check out local events.

I live in an ULTRACONSERVATIVE state that is hostile to anything not sponsored by the GOP , BUT even here , we are gaining ground ( Obama did get 38 % vote here ) and find there are lots of Republicans who also do not want to see healthcare be controlled totally by corporate America .

I beg each of you to let your voices be heard to your newspapers, congressmen , the Whitehouse and to even the GOP members who have not put a plan on the table that will yield insurance that is affordable for the chronically ill who the insurance companies refuse to cover .

Found this in my spam email box so glad I checked my spam today.

I wanted to go back and read the stories on the site and see how things are going.

If there is a lyme story, I seem to recall there was a way to highlight it with many responses.

So, wanted to go through and do that.
