How is it possible after a year of neuro hell, and testing positive for lyme, ricksetta, and bartonella, to never have had one rash or flu like symptom.
Isn't this a non-typical response to infection(s) like this in the body?

I have never had a Lyme rash that I am aware of and I don't have rickettsia so I can't say anything about that, but I do have lots of experience with Bartonella rashes.
My skin has been weird for so many years. I thought I had the strangest, most persistent case of acne an adult could ever have, one so odd that many dermatologists could not cure it.
My LLMD looked at me and said it was Bartonella. Sure enough, I tested positive.
Once I started abx. I got the more classic Bartonella streaks. I guess the abx brought them out. I also got the Babesia bruise-like skin discolorations on the nape of my neck.
For years I have felt like I was getting a bad cold or the flu, but never have. When starting abx that never changed. I still have the feeling, but it never materializes, thankfully, I guess.
I don't know if your response is typical or not. My thoughts are that with Lyme and cos. there really is no "typical".
