Does anyone have increased symptoms ie fatigue tempature change, dizziness and increased craankiness before their period like a week before? its almost like i feel as though i'm coming down with something

Hey I am having my second period in over a year. First was mth. before last since starting treatment
in April. I am thrilled as a sign of getting on the to well road. But yes very tired.

my symptoms flare when i actually have it. It has been very irrigular. I was always glad when it went away for months at a time because i didnt get the extra flare of symptoms (especailly fatigue).
There have been many threads discussing symptoms flaring in relation to menstrual cycle if you would like to do a search you will see many do.

Thanks everyone for your replies!!! I'm just concern that it could be a yeast issue and not related to my cycle as my llmd Dr. R in NYC says I am in remission but I have candida issues.
Wanted to see what other peoples experiences where thank you for your answer maybe I will call them on Monday
