Has anyone heard of or had this test done? My LLMD wants me to have it done. It's done only out of Germany and is supposed to be very accurate and sensitve.

The name of the clinic is Borreliose Centrum Augsburg. Try googleing it.

I'm wondering it is worth having done.

k,

that site looks awesome. how will your doctor arrange for the tests?

does your blood get sent to germany? or is it done here?

can you ask your doctor how this compares to the accuracy of IGENEX?

it looks interesting. keep us posted, or me anyway! lol

I believe the LTT (Lymphocyte Transformation Test) for Lyme Disease is also available in this country. If you contact www.melisa.org in Europe, I am sure they can point you in the right direction or to facilities here.

The LTT is controversial and no longer paid for by insurance in Germany. This may have changed from the time I was interested in it, but easy to find out.
Take care.
