I'm doing some complicated spreadsheets to track my symptom progress and daily health ratings (1=good, 10=worst). It's interesting.
At the end, I break down the % of days per month I had 4 or under ratings and the same for 8 or higher (extreme ends). THe trend I noticed it the 4 or under days fluctuates. First month of treatment = 13%. Up to 41% now, but not steady increase every day. It was only 27% last month so I don't get too hopeful.
Also, what I consider a 4 has probably deteriorated greatly from pre-Lyme days as I forgot what normal is.
On the flip side, the % of days where my rating is 8 or over has steadily declined since treatment (month 1 = 30%, July around 12%).
Interesting phenomenon. I wish I tracked my exact symptoms better. I'm super analytical as you may guess. I have to save time for real life stuff too though.
My worksheet has all drugs lined up, dosages, dates, and more. It really is an interesting way to correlate drug regimes/supplements with health status and to track trends.
