Yes, I keep having periods of almost no symptoms, then out of the blue everything id back again.
Sometimes it's as bad as when it all started, but usually it's not.
Recently my vision symptoms have come back and stayed, and they seem to be getting worse instead of better.
the only other thing that recurs like that has been the shortness of breath/air hunger.
That just doesn't want to go away.
I still get panic attacks out of the blue too, although they don't hang on for days on end like they did before.

Yeah, the disease almost teases you. The minute I feel somewhat OK I tend to crash again within a day or two. It's a rocky road and it makes sense in a way because not only is there die-off but the body is sputtering and trying to regain control...
