Now you must do the same for the US Senate. Please call ASAP (July 21st thru July 27th). *****************************************
The same appropriation language has been submitted to the US Senate Subcommittee on Labor, HHS, & Education (of Senate Appropriations Committee)
* Directing the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to create a Tick-Borne Diseases Advisory Committee
* Calling upon NIH to convene a scientific workshop to review all scientific perspectives on Lyme disease
* Directing CDC to develop improved and more comprehensive diagnostic tools for Lyme.

2. If there is NOT a Member of Appropriations Committee from your state, stop here. You do not need to do anything today, thanks ****************************************************
3. If there is a Member of Appropriations Committee from your state, call him/her.
4. If you cannot call, at least email. Calling is preferred.
5. Ask for support for the language as stated below in the Sample Blurb

Just sent out my plea to my family members to join the calling campaign. I didn't know what the deadline was last time so my mom missed out on her chance last round.

I'm not sure if that's the best wording, but I missed out on getting more people involved the last time, because I didn't know what the thread was about until the very last minute when I decided to check it out.
