I've had these too, before and during antibiotic therapy, so I'm not sure what was causing mine, other than Lyme or a co-infection.
If you are on antibiotics or any other meds, herbs, or suplements, I would check with your doctor to make sure it isn't hives.
Also, do you have any known allergies? Have you recently started having any strange symptoms after eating certain foods? Many with long-term inflammatory states (from infection, etc.) can develop food sensitivities or allergies. You can also develop new allergies to other things.
All of these things could cause hives.
Or you might just have a rash from Lyme or co-infections. Or heat rash.

Oh, also, it would be a good idea to take some really good pictures of the rash(es) for documentation. This can help your doctor(s). Good lighting and focus, and something to gauge size of marks, etc. (like a coin) are all helpful.
If you can take some good photos and get them onto your computer, you could post some here and perhaps get some opinions from others that might have seen similar.
Until then, can you describe them more? How big are they? Are they warmer than the surrounding skin? Are they smooth or is there any roughness or bumpiness? Are they itchy? Painful? Irritated? Raised in the center with visible liquid/pus (sorry for graphic question)? Peeling? Did you scratch any/open any up?

My daughter gets this...and it is die off from antibiotics, and candida.
She is unable to detox naturally, and reabsorbs her toxins.
They look like mosquito type hives...not itchy. She thought it was acne...but it is not acne.
IT gets better in the salt water, and in a little sun...also gets better when I get her to use anti candida/yeast/mold products, as well as in the far infrared sauna.
Also....your situatin may be different. I have seen patients at my LLMD who have parasites, who sometimes have bites along with hive like appearance. Usually they are very tiny timmy scab like pin pricks...some have morgellans who have this.
Better check with your LLMD or a ND who understands parasites, and detox. You can be tested energetically for this.
