I am sure this has been asked a million times before, but now it is happening to me so if anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
I started abx three and a half months ago. My pain cleared up quickly although I still had all the other symptoms.
Last week I added Bactrim to the zith and mino. Yesterday the pain came back worse than it was before starting treatment. I feel horrible, hurt unbearably, have insomnia and a headache.
I think this must be a herx (my first major one).
How long will this last? Do they usually clear up in a few days? weeks?

Leelee, I think it person dependent. From what I've read its usually days, but not always. Do you suspect its Bart? I know it not a definite answer - sorry.

Thank you C3mom. This is really horrible! I do have Bart so maybe that is the problem.
