This is a good article.
What does one do when you cannot eat alot of fat?
I tried taking phoschol, lecithin, etc..and it made me feel sick. the most i can handle is a teaspoon of fish oil, 1/4 of avacado..or egg yolk.
I thought the fats would help my digestion but it actually makes it worse..any thoughts?

Runner, I believe Phoschol as well as lecithin and many others are soy-based products. Didn't you find out just recently when doing the Allergie Immun test that you were also allergic to soy at the DNA level and several of the toxic metals?

I remember your being allergic to wheat/gluten which over time is known to cause the leaky gut and causing many other deficiencies. AI told me that it is one of the major problems many face. One of my grandchildren was born with a wheat allergy.

I am sure once you start healing the gut that most of your digestion problems will fade away.

At least you now know why you have had so many problems and it's a matter of time before your body is able to start regulating again.

Nothing seems to work right when one is allergic to some of the major foods -- good foods. But it is being fixed with the drops.

Have patience!

Hi Gigi, you are on the money. I looked up my original test from AI. I am allergic to soy and wheat and one other food.
I had forgotten about this, i thought i was not allergic to wheat bc my celiac test was normal a year or so ago.
Due to my severe allergies/sensitivies, and my digestion leaving most practitioners scratching their heads, I had to modify my diet in such a way there was very little that mad eme feel ok. I basically have been off all soy and wheat for a year. My diet has consisted of Mostly fruits, homemade vegtable soups and very little protein from either fish or egg. I think from this very yin type of diet, I have become very deficient. I was not sure if it were allergies, toxins, or gallbladder sludge from rocephin many years ago..
anyway thanks for the encouragement. i have learned a great deal from these posts..

Runner,
You can try lecithin granules from solgar.
I can tolerate it but not the oily lecithin.
Start with extreme low dose!

Fisol brand will only open in the bowel, enteric coated. I can take 15 a day without problem, but start slowly.

I buy always the dry version, like dry vitamin E, dry vitamin D ....
it is easier to digest.
