I was wondering who has herxed from bart, and what was your experience...and what meds were you on??

It is difficult to pin point which one did what. I have been treated with Levaquin for almost 3 months for Bartonella. I can tell you one thing, my feet hurt and I get tiny spasms in them. I constantly wear slippers, I don't like walking around in bare feet or any shoes with heels. I remember when he started me on Levaquin, within a week, I just felt horrible, flu like symptoms, low fever, body aches, joint aches. To be honest, I haven't had relief. I feel like I have been in a herx since I began treatment. Every day, I have a new symptom or problem that arises. Today, I have severe nausea. What are you having with herx reaction? Kerry
