My LLMD has me taking lumbrokinaise twice a day to help with 1) biofilms, and 2) hypercoagulation.

He suggests taking it 2 hours away from food, both before and after.

I find it *very* difficult to find two four-hour blocks in the middle of which I can schedule the lumbrokinaise.

Does anyone know if it's OK to take closer to food? Or if I could take it alongside other meds, if not food?

And if I take it with food, why would that make it less effective?

He explained it back when I started it, but I was totally fogged out and have forgotten. [bonk]

Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks so much,
AnnaL

I take bolouke first thing in the morning, then I wait an hour before eating.

With my morning bolouke dose, I also take armour thyroid, NSI candida enzymes, and probiotics.

I usually eat breakfast at my desk @ work. [Smile]

I also take bolouke before I go to bed @ night.

My bedtime meds are bolouke, NSI candida enzymes and probiotics.

I plan my schedule around the NSI candida enzymes. You have to take those on an empty stomach 1 hour before eating in the am and 2 hours after eating in the pm.

I try to stop eating by 9 and take the bedtime meds @ 11.

I've read that taking bolouke w/ other enzyme products can reduce its effectiveness. I've found the bolouke wonderfully effective even though I take it w/ the yeast enzymes.

I think if you take bolouke too close to food it basically functions as a digestive enzyme.

So I could take lumbrokinaise with other meds? That would make things a little easier.

My daily schedule is so messed up right now. I'm sleeping until 10 or later, having dinner anytime between 6 and 8, plus I'm hypoglycemic so I have to eat little snacks all the time so I don't go crazy and scream at people.

I'm really not sure about how it interacts w/ all the various meds...I just know that it's still effective even though I take it w/ the thyroid, probiotics and yeast enzymes.

I take other meds, but take those w/ food, so I don't know how it would do w/those. [Frown]

That's hard when you have to snack. I'm a snacker by nature and don't like being tied to a meal schedule.
