So I started getting this weird bumps that look like a mosquito bit at first and are itchy for a day.
By the next day, it looks like a pimple because there is a white center. It is no longer itchy either.
They appear randomly. 1 or 2 on the elbow, or the butt, or the lower back, 1 on the calf.
I know they aren't pimples. Anyone know what they are? A reaction to the abx maybe?

I can't say, but I just developed them within the past 3 days, and so did my son. He is on treatment I am not. It is the same thing you speak of...weird.
I'm thinking it's a biting insect clawling about as the summer comes to an end. It is getting colder and they tend to get hoppy.

Someone else on here mentioned Bartonella. I still need to get tested for co-infections. I go next week.
Even though I am on Doryx, I still get muscle aches and my calves have been getting muscle twitches. Hurts.
I really haven't been out doors much so I don't think it's an insect, but who knows. Figured I'd post and see if anyone else gets the same thing.

For the muscle aches and twitches, try magnesium. This is what Burrascano says:
"Magnesium deficiency is very often present and quite severe. Hyperreflexia, muscle twitches, myocardial irritability, poor stamina and recurrent tight muscle spasms are clues to this deficiency. Magnesium is predominantly an intracellular ion, so blood level testing is of little value." (p. 6 of Guidelines)
