Hi, A friend of mine is going to Dr.K in orlando tomorrow, does anyone have info on him?
I am so sorry to post in Medical questions, but no one seemed to answer her, on looking for Dr.
She is really doing awful and is getting so depressed.
She was tested at a regular lab and came back with band 41 IGG.
Please help! Thanks, Atheana

What is your friend's name. I and other's have been working the seeking a doctor section endlessly.
Have her PM me. Even if we don't have info on a particular doctor, I usually always send some kind of advice.

I believe someone once told me they went to a Dr. K in Florida. Think they said he was a naturopath.
As I remember it, the person was not getting better, but could not afford a better doc. I searched a bit, but could not find them for you.
I suggest you change the title of your post to "Dr K in Florida."
That might get you more responses. Especially this evening.

That is the reason her post went unanswered. She did not start a new post of her own.
Unfortunately, for those working the "seeking a doctor" section this is a constant problem.
Many tag on to someone else's post. As a rule, once we respond to a request for help, we don't go back. On occasion we may and find that
someone has tagged on to a post and we will, of course, answer it but in general those who do that most often do not get a response.
I check the "seeking a doctor" section many times a day, as do others, to make sure that every request is answered. We do the best we can and
have even posted numerous pinned topics on the top of the section addressing these issues.

To my knowledge, there are no LLMD's in Florida. There are a few who call themselves that, but in reality are not.
