I've always used heat for my neck, and muscle relaxers if you can tolerate them.

Also Aspercream is good, but they say not to use it with heat. God bless you, hope your neck is better soon.

chiropractor and or massage. Do you have bartonella? It causes swelling in the lymph glands and causes pain in my neck.

Yep, ditto to Sammi. It works great while laying in bed or walking around the house.

You nuke it in the microwave to warm it. (has beans inside that stay warm)

Also the massages work wonders to relieve toxins from the muscle tissues.

Hope you feel better soon. [Smile]

Nothing helped my neck pain... I had to get prescription pain meds for it. I tried ice and heat. Ice sometimes made it feel MORE stiff for me. Heat would sometimes help, but not for very long.
