Do a search on this site. I think some people have posted and have recovered.
Good luck.

My 5 year old (who has lyme) got the swine flu last June. It came on very fast and I noticed he had a high fever shortly after going to bed.
I always check his forehead for night sweats from his babesia and fortunately noticed the fever then. It was 104.5. I alternated tylenol and motrin every 4 hours that night and then took him to the pediatrician the next morning.
I gave him Tamiflu by noon that day and soon after that his fever stated going down, even though he vomited shortly after taking the tamiflu. His fever had been close to 105 at one point. By that night he was able to eat some crackers.
I think the key is to get that Tamiflu as soon as possible if you have a really high fever. No one else in our family got sick, but we did all catch a cold around that time, so I'm thinking perhaps we had a milder version of it.
Hope this helps,
