My CD57 was a 13. Very low. I've read many times that many don't believe this test is accurate as a marker of how long to treat. But is it accurate for saying yes or no to lyme?

Can ANYTHING else cause this low score?? My LLMD says that it is for chronic lyme only, but I'm still nervous about having something else.

Thanks again!

I've heard the same thing as a Chronic Lyme indicator. I too wonder what else the CD57 could be an indicator of but have yet to find anything.

Here for my wife who was diagnosed with Lyme in the Fall of 2007. Diagnosed after numerous visits to the dr and a Igenex positive test for chronic Lyme.
