Do you have an ILADS-educated or ILADS-member LLMD (lyme literate medical doctor)?
You said you had positives for various TBD (tick-borne diseases) . . . have you had any treatment?
Yes, many lyme/TBD patients have the symptoms you describe. Treating infection and supporting the body are key.
Are you supplementing with magnesium and fish oil? Those can help but follow the time table your doctor (hopefully) outlined. Magnesium and calcium need to be take several hours apart for any abx (antibiotic).
Are you getting enough rest, lying down as soon as you feel the headache or neck cracking flare up? Rest is vital for our bodies to be able to handle the task at hand.

As you probably know, headaches have many different causes, which is why finding the right treatment can be so tough.
I had near daily headaches around my eyes for almost 10 years. By experimentation with vitamin D, I learned they were related to high vitamin 1,25D levels. My 25D (the commonly tested kind) was low because it was being excessively converted to 1,25D. Many lymies experience similar.
By restricting my dietary vitamin D intake and limiting light exposure, the chronic headache I had for most of a decade virtually disappeared within about a month.
To see if this might fit for you, have BOTH your 25D and 1,25D levels tested.
