LOW heat FAR infrared is recommended. Very good to help lymph and get toxins out of the body.

The regular saunas are too hot and can be risky to the heart of a lyme patient.
If you have access to only a regular sauna, try to be there at a time when you can dial down the heat and don't stay in very long. You can also cover your head with a cool, wet towel to keep from getting over heated, as is common for lyme patients. -
