I just learned that chlorine in the water is bad for sick livers. I was told the hot water opens the pores the chlor enters the body and for a sick liver this can be too much.
Has anyone a good and reasonable shower filter.
I have a water filter for drinking water.
I am not interested in a system for the house, as it is too expensive.
Thanks for your input. Karen

Any store like Lowe's and probably many others sell shower filters. You buy the unit and change the filter in it every 6 mos or a year, depending on model. I think they are great.
Not every unit fits every shower though.

Thank you so much. I got the filter today from Home Depot about $ 30 and will see how it works.
