this sounds great!! Do you have amounts per ingredient. I'd love to give it a whirl.

I'd love to try this also - rough estimates on amounts would be very helpful!
Thanks!

Okay, I added the amounts (they are approx. and can be adjusted to taste. Sorry about that...I was being lazy.
Adding the ENZYMES are important and you can add whatever you think might be beneficial. We are very enzyme deficient and I think they are very important in chewing up any garbage in the G.I. track.
The crushed ice seems to help dry the parasites out (can't prove it...just a feeling I have)
Would love to hear if it helps anyone else
ENJOY!!

Forgot to add crushed ginger which is anti inflammatory, antibacterial and promotes probiotic health.
I use the crushed ginger that you can buy in a jar. About 1/4 to 1/2 tsp

I make it everyday Bob...just let me know when your coming, I will make a fresh batch for you. I am still thinking about that fresh oatmeal, berry, pumpkin seed breakfast you make that made my mouth water the way you described it.
I was thinking about you earlier when I saw the fermented vegetables you talked about. Gees, maybe if we combine everything we can knock this beast out of the ball park.

Denise,
It makes a blender full with the crushed ice. I drink it in a day, but you can keep it for 1-3 days in the frig.
It does sound expensive seek, but some of these items like the cloves, cinnamon, coconut oil and super digestaway goes a long way. The large pomegranate juice lasts me about a week. $10.00. A 32 oz container of yogurt is used in about 3 smoothies. ($3.oo)
The pineapples are about $3.oo a piece and makes about 4 drinks. The pumpkin seeds are about 4 helpings.($3.00)
You can cut it down to enzymes, pineapple, pomegranate, and yogurt if you want to and cut the expense, but the ENZYMES are important and go a long way.
(They contain: pancreatin,
porcine bile,
papain,
peppermint leaf,
ginger root,
papaya leaf
pepsin,
betaine HCL,
bromelain
aloe vera gel)
I think they help the Humaworm work better.
It is REALLY helping me push this in to remission.

Thanks Gael.
I eat a lot of those things now and even add some to a smoothie. I would be careful with a lot of yogurt as milk proteins are very mucous forming and can cause digestion problems. I try to avoid cows milk and yogurt....but once in a while I will.....

Sounds great gale. But word of caution on the coconut oil. Some of us need to ramp up as if on flagyl. Serious stuff. If you have not ate any before pinch to start and then slow up dose.

Hi, I just wanted to add this sounds really good..but could be very problematic for those with yeast issues, dairy allergies or someone who has a hard time digesting..especially with fats. when repairing the GI tract its best to start out with very simple combining, no more than 3 ingredients. I know i err on the serious side with this due to trial and error, but its just my experience.. Runner

I agree with some of the suggestions here if you are dairy sensitive. Also starting with less coconut oil is a good idea since it is very powerful.
Most of the other ingredients like cinnamon, cloves and coconut oil are antifungal. The plant enzymes also help with digestions and yeast.
Everyone should adjust according to their individual circumstances and starting with less amnts of ingredients is a good idea to see how you react,

I tried your recipe for the smoothie yesterday! I went and bought alot of things. It sure is expensive but hope it heals me somewhat.
Where can i purchase the plant enzymes?
Super Digestaway (soloray)
4-6 capsules (antiparasitic) AND
Green Goodness (Bolthouse farms)or any greens
2 cups
Please help.

...probably other place have it also. The green drink doesn't have to be that particular brand..
.you can use whatever good green drink that is free of chemicals from your supermarket. You can add or subtract whatever suits you.
Also remember that this is just an adjunct and I also do salt/c and humaworm. Gael
