I am taking 600 a day Vitamin E to see if that would help my shoulder pain. It has. It worked. Getting some mobility back too. If you have pain in the joints I would definitely try it. In just one week it has done a great job.

No. I just got the stuff at wal mart. 200 a cap. I did make sure it said veg. cap. In fact since I have started taking it all my creaks, pops, snaps in joints that have started since starting treatment are better! I know you know what I am talking about. I hope it continues.

Thanks, Pinelady. I haven't supplemented with Vitamin E for many months, and I just may start up again!
