This is cool. But it does not seem very up to date and I can not figure out how you can see different time frames besides past 30 days.
Anyone know of any other such maps online

What a neat map!
Perhaps they didn't start accumulating data prior to 30 days ago. I sure can't find any way to go back further.

Yes, it is cool. But bear in mind that the data for Lyme is woefully incorrect:
- most states WILL not report Lyme (see similar topics) even when presented clinical data;
- co-infections can and do hurt people, but these conditions are not reported;
- many people who are sick do not know they have Lyme or co-infections.
When the national culture of Lyme changes, maybe the reporting behavior will change. In the meantime, patients will suffer needlessly -- along with statistics.
Sorry to be so gloomy!

- Also, pull the map out - enlarge and you will see that all those balloons are not as many as it first appears.
It does remind me that all sorts of illness happens all over the world. Taking care of ourselves becomes top priority but so does making sure that everyone on the planet has safe and clean water, food and housing.
