I have been looking into rife machines and my neighbor (whose entire family is infected, as mine) just mentioned her mother has been using a type of machine called the Infratonic 8 for several years to help with her aches and pains. We are not sure if her mother has Lyme but it is very possible.
I am trying to figure out if this is a form of rife machine. There are only three buttons for apparently 3 frequencies used for "body" or "mind" or "spirit".
It is a small box with a handheld part that you can place on your body where you need treatment. I am reading the manual and it says the model specifications are as follows:
117 volts, 15 watts 70 dB Chaotic Sound Very Low Frequency in the range of 2-25Hz.
The company who makes this is CHI Institute in San Clemente, CA. It is probably about 8 to 10 years old. The company may be out of business.
I am sure it is not nearly as strong as today's rife machines, but I would just like to know if this uses the same concept.
Can anyone who knows the technical stuff behind rife help with this? How is this different from today's rife machines?
My neighbor's mom claims that when she uses this for 10 minutes on her hip or wherever she is having pain, it significantly decreases.
The manual describes its action as infusing the body with sonic pulses which induces specific bands of frequency into the intracelluar matrix. This normalizes the cells abnormal reactions like inflammation and effusion by damping out traumatic intracellular programming. It also produces a gentle magnetic field which delivers the same signal to the intracellular matrix as the accoustical wave.
Thanks,

- Do you have a link?
I am no expert but I do have a rife and have read a bit about them.
My first inclination is to run, run, run from anything that makes 70 dB Chaotic Sound. Our bodies have enough chaos.
That is not radio frequency. And the Very Low Frequency in the range of 2-25Hz is not at all the kind of frequency range of rife machines.
Infusing the body with sonic pulses could just really make spirochetes VERY angry. Spirochetes HATE vibration and will act out in all sorts of ways against it. Those sonic pulses could not kill spirochetes unless of a very specific frequency and, even then, several specific frequencies need to be used over time.
I'm not saying its a bad machine because I don't know enough about it.
If you have a link, that would be helpful. -

Thanks Terry - that's what I wanted to know. Can you tell me what Hz means? I saw this machine uses it and I thought rife machines do too?
Keebler - the anme is the Infratonic 8. I doubt they make this machine still.
Thanks,

Terry - thanks for finding this site! It appears this is the newer version of what my friend's mom has.
Do you know anything about these sound machines and whehter they can do anything useful?
Thanks,

Hz is a unit of measurement for many different physical phenomena.
From my husband who has a degree in electrical engineering.
Hz is an abbreviation for hertz. Hertz is a measurement of frequency and it is = cycles per second. You can also think of it as oscillations per second.
People can hear sound waves from 20 hz to 20,000 hz. This is frequency for sound waves. Frequency also applies to radio waves or electro magnetic waves which is used by a rife machine.
House current 60 hz and am radio is 100,000 hz etc..
Sorry, I don't know a thing about these machines.

It basically is a device that makes sound waves in the lower Hz Range. The sound waves are produced by frequencies.
2 Hz is a frequency that reduces swelling, but I do not know if this would work as a sound wave, but it might.
It really has little in common with a Rife Machine.
