This is for my husband who insisted he was immune to this disease. Whatever.
Any way, he has nausea, diarhea, mucous, low grade fever, chills and bloating.
Does this sound more like Bart or Lyme? I have been reading that both can cause GI sx. Is it a trial of which drugs work best?
And for those of you that have been thru this, Do the sx increase or do they lessen with initial trtmnt? For example, worsening diarhea or more bloating?
Of all the sx I have had, I haven't had GI issues- so I am clueless.
Thank you C
BTW, He thought I was over exaggerating everbody's sx in the family, not any more. He is now seeing the connections in his own family!!!
That would make over twenty people between the two us--mind blowing!!!!

Ouch...sorry C. I hope it is not going to be a group of 20.
I have no clue to your question either but I am sure someone will come along soon.
Just be sure to bring him with you the next time we see each other so that I can have a brotherly conversation with him about the seriousness of this whole thing.

Yes, he will have no choice but to join in our discussion. It is amazing because his sx is so different from mine and your wife.
No, don't worry about the group of twenty yet. They think I'm off the rocker with this whole Lyme thing anyway.
Talk to you soon.

There is a MAJOR connection to parasites/worms with this disease. Some of the symptoms you describe can be symptoms of parasites.
You can do a search on here for parasite symptoms by typing it in the search bar,

Gael, I also highly suspicion parasites. His mother is from Thailand, and as a kid growing up, they always had Thai cookouts. I know they ate lots of fish.
But, I think he also has Lyme and Co.
