Hey everyone.
I've been doing some research and it looks like krill oil might be more benificial than fish oil and I'd like to try it.
I'm just wondering who here takes krill oil and do you like it better than fish oil?
I'm also wondering if taking krill oil would be dangerous to those who have a shellfish allergy? I've never had shellfish, so I have no idea if I'm allergic, which is what is keeping me away from buying any krill oil, though I really want to start supplementing that instead of fish oil.
Anyone have any ideas, or take krill oil? And/or have an allergy to it and still take it?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

My husband [non-Lymie] has an allergy to mussels, scallops, whelks, cockles etc, but seems to be able to take krill without problems.
I took it for a while too, but stopped and went back to vegEPA because I know that I have excess copper in the cells and seafood is a source of copper.
