is there any insect that can cause disease or any bacteria that can harm us besides coming from tick bites which can also cause chronic illnesses or symptoms?

is there a possibility that scientists or researches hasn't recognize yet new type of bacteria or any kind of stuff that maybe, maybe causes some chronic illnesses?

The Lyme bacteria has been found in 23 insects and there are a lot of anecdotal reports that people have gotten it from sand fleas, biting flies, stinging flies -

Any others that people know they got Lyme from?

As far as other illnesses, I'm not prepared to answer that, but I know the answer is yes for many illnesses.

West Nile virus from mosquitos. Etc.

Yes, we don't have testing for new strains of the co-infections. It's always being worked on, these new tests.

And most recently, people are looking at the possibility that an RNA mouse retrovirus, possibly picked up from ticks biting infected mice, is causing chronic fatigue.
