Wondering if anyone else has this or ever did?
I had alot of symptoms when lyme first hit me,

Left side numbness&tinglyness, dizziness, headaches, palsy in one eye, face fel weird, feet felt like water filled, tongue numb and lost taste buds for 2 wks, and other ones I can't remember right now.

I got almost a 100% better and symptoms subsided.

Now, symptoms are coming back.
My face feels weird again, my tongue feels a little numb and wax coated, bad headaches again and have to put ice on head.

What does this mean??
Am I not being treated correctly?
Do I need I.V?
Am I on the wrong antibiotics or do I need them changed?

Any info. about any of this would be great, or any experiences with any of it.

Thanks, in advance

Have you been on the same meds a long time?? Perhaps you have plateaued on what you're taking.

Yes, when you are no longer improving on the medications you are on, the doc is supposed to change the meds to something else.

You plateaued (stopped improving) and then you went totally backwards. So, you are overdue for a medication change, seems like to me.

When the symptoms come back or you get new ones, it means the medications you are on are no longer effective against the lyme. Then, you have to try new ones.
