I have been extremely fatigued since a HERX two weeks ago. Would B12 injection get me back on the right track? Is there any reason I would not want to go that route? I think my PCP would do this for me.
Thanks, Jen

Wonder if you have ever received kefir grains I sent you.
Regarding B12 injection, it seems to help my wife, but it was less significant. Maybe it is because she was not deficient of B12 to begin with, I am not sure.

I think whether you need the b12 or not it still will help with the nerve inflammation/demylination.
I would not hesitate to at least try the IM injections. When I first started treatment I was
doing them every other day. I felt like a pin cushion so I backed off. Doc said I could move to
the legs, a lot less painful. Or hip if you can find someone to do it for you. Be sure to pull up
muscle and withdraw plunger looking for blood return before you inject med. and you should be
fine with it. And feel better.

Hmm you sure about that ? Its of course better to double check but b12 could be injected IV afair. Kinda should not matter whether you hit blood vessel or not - unless its drastically different preparation used for IV and IM forms . better check with Dr

I am so sorry...I thought I sent you a PM when I got the grains. Lyme brain, I guess. I received them yesterday and in the process of waiting for my first batch. Thank you so much!

Only if it is Methylcobalamin does it really help repair damage and improve energy and stamina. Cyano is ok too but not as good as Methyl B12 is.

I found this article interesting for Sub cu injections in the treatment of children. The urine coloring is the most interesting. How why and when it changes colors.
I found many of the methylcobalamin oral meds online. Anyone know which one is best? They all claim theirs is.
