My husband got bit last night by a scorpion on his nose and eye area

believe me i woke up like i was gonna have a heart attack

anyways we got him a homeopathic and his symptoms are ok

does anyone else knows if this transfers lyme or should see a doctor

he is fine so he says he does not need to go to a doctor

Eek! My sympathies to your husband, ouch.

I once met the wrong end of a scorpion - who was hanging out on the headrest in a car. That scorpion did not like it when I leaned my head back!

(didn't make me too happy either!)

No idea if they can transmit Lyme - will be interesting to see what you turn up.

Hope he's feeling better.

If he has Lyme already I would be interested in his symptoms after the sting.

i dont know if he has lyme
maybe so since its usually passed in families
but he has a much stronger immune system than me
at least for now

um, his immediate symptoms were a burning fire pain
but went away after ice
he had some tingling during the day
but otherwise he says he's fine

i was just wondering if it is similar to lyme and should be on antibiotics but maybe that is with the spider

Have you called his doc's office or your LLMD to ask?

That might be worth a shot.

Obviously, document this and keep an eye out for any rashes or unusual symptoms.

Hoping someone comes along soon with more concrete info...
