I've posted about my painful swollen under arm lymph node but now I have pain trailing down my arm and what looks like fatty spots on two separate places on the lower 1/2 of my arm. They are raised a bit and somewhat red and feel hard when I run my hand over them.
My arm and one hand is very cold also. Is this common with swollen under arm lymph nodes?
I've been to a massage therapist, drinking lemon water, taking olive leaf extract.
I'm a bit worried.

This sounds like a picture-perfect clinical definition of a Bartonella infection if I ever saw one.
The "fatty spots" on your arm sound exactly like the subcutaneous nodules of Bartonella.
What prompted me to be treated for bartonella was my lymph node inflammation, which caused an enlarged, tender and very sore auxiliary lymph node(under arm lymph node). If you are having this in addition to psychological issues (anxiety, mood swings, irritability, ect) I would highly suspect Bartonella is somehow involved.
I also had what I would describe as very painful nerve pain in my arms and shoulders that sounds very similar what you are describing. It was the Bartonella treatment, particularly Levaquin made that made these problems virtually disappear for me.
Sounds like you should see your LLMD immediately. Bartonella, or as Dr. B calls it "Bartonella Like Organism" can cause serious psychological problems as well as tremendous physical pain, as it did for me. Bart treatment has been the absolute best treatment for me so far, a real life saver.
Edit: I see from your previous posts that you have taken Levaquin earlier this year. This sounds like a complete resurgence of Bartonella, and now is the time to get this back under control(assuming it ever was under control) before it gets bad again.
Edit #2: How long did you stick with the Levaquin treatment? I am concerned because you say in previous posts that you had a very hard time sticking with your LLMD's protocols. I worry that your prior Levaquin treatment was of no use because you were not taking it regularly. If you stopped this treatment due to problems with your gut from this treatment, you should have upped the probiotics and antifungals.
Final remarks: Please do take care of yourself by sticking to what your LLMD prescribes, otherwise these horrible illnesses will never go into remission.
I hope this helps, this is just based off of my experience with what may very well be the same illness. Please keep us posted.

I had my mammo and ultrasound today. The doctor came in and said he did not see anything on the mammo and that he could not really see anything with the swollen lymph node. He suggested that it was a reactive lymph node and to watch it and come back if any further complications.
I'm gonig to contact my llmd on Monday to see if he thinks I should be on a new antbiotic.
From some of the posts I've read this may very well be symptoms of a bartonella infection. Is Rifampin the choice of abx most often used for bart?
I'm currently on Doxy - can you take both of these together?
Thanks everyone for always being there for me.

I have severe pain in my lymph nodes in my going area. The pain now travels down the inside of my leg. this has been so painful for so long I really want to have it checked out. I'm wondering if it has to do with my bowels or what. I saw a gynecologist and she didn't have a clue.
Does anyone else have this?

The treatment for Bart can be Levaquin (or other floroquinolones)or Rifampin usually with Zithro and some even use Bactrim too.
I would say that Dr. B. reccs are at least 6-9 months treatment for Bartonella.
Glad that the mamo and ultrasound did not show anything but I think it is Bart too.
