I just decided to add my powdered C to my baths and i do not use epson salt due to the magnesium so I use things like real sea salt instead.
IN essence I end up with a Salt C bath..
I enjoy them and I just though I might mention the idea. I never heard of anyone else doing it and I just created the idea on my own as I have the C and have done Salt C in the past by drinking it too for a few months.
I still cycle in Salt C drink but do not do it ongoing or to the protocol specs.. But I do like to pulse it in to my regimen time to time.

what's wrong with the magnesium in ur baths?
Just curious because I do it. i was under the impression it sucks out the toxins.
Should I avoid taking my antibiotics around these epsom salt baths? I've heard avoid magnesium around antibiotics.

janice,
yes it most definitely helps with muscle soreness.
as for as what it does for herxing... it drains those toxins out of your body.
Healthy people should take epsom salt baths as well. not just lymies.

Spring,
The owner of the lymephotos site and originator of the protocol had suggested to someone to put about 3-4 cannisters of salt in the bath.
Wondering what a vitamin c bath would do? I would only do i cannister at a time myself to see how it would affect me,

Regarding Magnesium and Lyme and treatment .. It would take too long to write it here but if you want to read the EDTA thread and also search on here under Magneisum and Biofilm you will find that there is information about the ideas surrounding this.
It is one of those things though that is still being developed and proven etc and some doctors are in agreement and advise patients to not supplement with or use magnesium or mineral supplements while trying to treat for Lyme.
It is related to the biofilm and the feeding of the bugs and that dynamic. The believe that the magnesium is one of the main things that biofilms are made of and are created using as well as the bugs like to digest and live on.
I have to leave you on your own to research and read if you feel it is something you would like to explore.
For now I have taken the advice of my dotors around this subject and do believe in the biofilm ideas and how it needs to be addressed to help treat the illness.
I have done some of my own experimenting with EDTA (to break down biofilms) I have taken abx via IV with .. and without taking EDTA an hour before infusion. It makes a huge difference in how i respond to the abx infusion. Notabily how I feel during and after the IV hss much more of a herx reaction with EDTA. So it is doing something. I am assuming (since I have not microscope or way to prove it)that the doctors are right and it is breaking up biofilms in the blood and making the infections more exposed for the kill... when the Abx rush through ...
I also am experimenting with wobenzyme added at that same time. It seems to end up helping even more so.
Just my experience people...Not saying i can prove anything...or give you proof and.. it is just what I am feeling and experiencing..

Very interesting about magnesium. Wobenzym is great and certainly will help you. Hope you are taking a lot of them on an empty stomach several times a day.

I agree with abx about enzymes. They are very important for breaking down biofilm, mycoplasma and parasites.
As far as the "cannister" goes, I guess I was referring to the size of a reg salt container. Like the size of Mortons salt, but NOT Mortons salt to use in the bath or for drinking,
