It can be uncomfortable if you have stones...but they come out much easier than if you get an attack!
I wanted to avoid that, so I tried the flush.
I had some stones come out with the flush, and I felt a little queezy the day after. But it was worth it for me.

Did it help your Lyme, etc???? That is my big concern.

Tests are not too accurate.
How about getting stoned for a flush instead of flushed for stones ?
IME if you haven't eaten fat for a while that may lead to increased sludge + stones.

Did not do it as a lyme treatment.
did it after lyme and co-infections were gone to remove residual effects on my liver and organs from abx and die off. A part of a series of things I have done and in the process of completing to detox.
I was feeling toxic for lack of a better description. Kind of blocked up inside...and loads of fluid retention.
I feel great now...not just because of this flush...but that was one of many things that have helped me get my body burden lowered and my system regulated.

You don't have to have a gallbladder to have gall stones. And you can have a hidascan done and it show NO stones, and you can still have stones! (that was my daughters case)
I've done it.. and will be doing it again. Be sure you have nothing to do for the next two days.
